How to Strategize as a Food Service Entrepreneur

Hey Hey!

As some of you may know, I am preparing for Year 4 of The Stand, my mobile food cart business.

It hasn’t been the easiest for years either.

Let me give you a quick recap.

If I would have stayed at my job a little longer I would have been able to collect unemployment smh lol.

Anyway, my plans changed. My plan was to go out at least 5 times a day starting May. With Corona in the community I wasn’t comfortable going out every day. I needed more information.
